Kelly & Eddie acquired a lot with an older home in the heart of Fairfield, VT where there are magnificent historic homes. This particular home was not salvageable. Demolition was inevitable. From corner trim, window proportions, siding exposure, to cornice trim, we created a home to blend in with the other exquisite surrounding buildings to take its place. Kelly found a perfect triangular gable end window at an architectural salvage store which was the cherry on top. This was a fun project to work on. Creating something “old.”
