Guy and Sue were looking for some property to build their retirement home. They landed in Fletcher. They put in tireless hours to prep their property for their beautiful home. The 1600 sqft home has a walk-out basement for grandkids and Sue’s sewing excursions. A big kitchen and open floor plan was a must due to Guy and Sue’s very large family. They also requested a sleeping loft with its own bath for guests. The living and dining have cathedral ceilings and will be finished with tongue and groove pine. There is a cozy window seat in their master bedroom for their dogs and cat to enjoy as well as curling up with a good book.
