Cambrian Rise Buildings B & G

This unique project is currently in design phase. Building B is an existing three-story building with brick, wood and steel construction which is attached to the Liberty House, the former orphanage building on North Avenue which was recently renovated into residential units. A fourth story will be added to Building B, and will consist of residential units with commercial space on the first floor. There will be a bridge to connect to building G which is a proposed new 4-story wood and steel building that will also have commercial space on the first floor and residential units on the upper floors, with tenant storage in the basement. This new construction will consist of steel frame and slab-on-deck at the first floor with wood construction on the upper floors utilizing steel beams at the second-floor deck to allow flexibility for the first-floor commercial spaces.
