McGinn Cottage

This was an older camp that had an addition on the east side that covered up an existing hip roof and dormer. The camp needed to be raised up a couple feet. When the addition was torn off, the existing main structure was given a new lease on life. With the additions of the master bedroom suite, sunroom, west side dormer and expansive deck, it has provided the homeowners with their own Lake Champlain oasis.
